Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Most of our products are made especially to the consumer’s specifications as they place an order, therefore these products are subject to the exception from the right of withdrawal once the transaction is completed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address
If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Print On Demand facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Print On Demand facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
The return address is set by default to the Print On Demand facility. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most of our products are made especially to the consumer’s specifications as they place an order, therefore these products are subject to the exception from the right of withdrawal once the transaction is completed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
